Job summary

EXECUSEARCH is seeking a Field Access Manager for our client, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on serious and rare diseases. This field-based role supports patient access to prescribed treatments and ensures a best-in-class patient experience through reimbursement expertise.

You will collaborate with Patient Support Services, Field Sales, Channel Management, and Market Access to address barriers, educate HCP offices on prior authorizations, and resolve issues across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with HCP offices preferred
• Medicare Part D knowledge advantageous
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative relationships with Patient Support Services, Field Sales, Channel Management, and Market Access
• Educate HCP offices on prior authorization and appeals, including submission procedures
• Identify and resolve patient access and reimbursement issues by geography
• Provide reimbursement expertise to patient support services across assigned plans
• Maintain up-to-date plan-specific reimbursement criteria and submission procedures
• Comply with reimbursement policy and engagement rules
