Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (advanced degrees preferred).
• 4+ years in pharma sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy with Medicare and reimbursement expertise.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and patient-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on coverage pathways, prior authorization, appeals, and patient support.
• Address and elevate payer issues to accelerate access.
• Build strong relationships with provider offices, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Support development of access strategies and initiatives across programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
