Objectives

Facilitate timely patient access through expert education, issue resolution, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• proactively educate HCPs on coverage pathways, prior authorization, appeals, and patient support;
• address and elevate payer issues;
• build strong relationships with provider offices, pharmacies, and internal teams;
• support development of access strategies and initiatives;
• ensure compliance with legal/regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
