Role: Patient Access Manager (PAM) provides field-based access and reimbursement support for Acadia's neurological and rare disease products, ensuring timely patient access through education, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities: educate healthcare providers on access processes, build relationships, troubleshoot coverage and reimbursement barriers, support patient continuity, and collaborate across internal teams to optimize access strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in life sciences), 4+ years in pharma sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy with deep reimbursement expertise, Medicare knowledge preferred.
