Job summary

Cytokinetics seeks a Field Access Manager to enable patients to access therapies across the Great Lakes region, including Michigan, Wisconsin, Northern Indiana, and Northern Illinois. You will work with field teams, HUB vendors, and patient services to remove barriers and ensure timely therapy initiation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement or market access, deep payer knowledge, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, access services, or market access roles.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics, prior authorization workflows, and distribution models.
• Experience with HUB systems and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorizations.
• Partner with HCP offices for benefits verification and payer documentation needs.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and drive improvements.
• Provide approved access education to internal stakeholders; avoid sharing patient-specific details with Sales.
• Collaborate with Market Access and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and reduce friction.
• Monitor access metrics and translate insights into action plans.
