Job summary

Cytokinetics, a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Field Access Manager to drive patient access across the Pacific Coast territory, including Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.

You will partner with sales, HUB vendors, specialty pharmacies and payers to resolve access barriers, support prior authorizations, and ensure a streamlined path from prescription to therapy initiation, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or market access roles.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, PA workflows, and specialty pharmacy models.
• Experience with HUB systems and data feeds; ability to translate payer data into field actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with HCP offices to verify benefits and provide patient support resources.
• Monitor HUB, pharmacy data, and payer landscape to inform access strategy.
• Travel within the Pacific Coast territory to engage providers, HUB vendors, and payers.
