The Field Access Manager will operate in the Rocky Mountain territory (AZ, CO, NE, KS, ND, SD, MN, IA), traveling to engage with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and specialty pharmacies to remove access barriers and support patient therapy initiation and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement or market access roles.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and prior authorization workflows.
• Experience with HUB systems, case management platforms, and specialty pharmacy data feeds.
• Ability to resolve complex access and reimbursement cases in field-based roles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication with HCP offices and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorizations.
• Support benefits verification and educate on payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, pharmacy data to find access gaps and improve processes.
• Provide approved access education to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and resolve friction.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying access barriers early.
• Monitor access performance metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Manage high-priority case escalations involving complex reimbursement.
• Conduct payer landscape monitoring at regional level.
• Deliver structured field insights to inform access strategy and patient support programs.
