Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an Access Coordinator to join our telecommunications Access Team in New York City. The role focuses on securing, coordinating, and documenting access to properties so construction and network projects stay on schedule.

This field-first position involves visiting properties across the assigned market, meeting owners, managers, and staff, and resolving items to keep crews moving. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based, customer-facing, or coordination roles.
• Backgrounds that translate to telecommunications field operations, construction coordination, or facilities management are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persistence, and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently in the field with limited supervision while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned properties across the market, often several per day.
• Identify decision-makers and secure site access with owners and managers.
• Explain project needs clearly to obtain approvals and documentation.
• Document access restrictions, property conditions, contacts, and issues.
• Photograph and document field conditions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of visits and next steps in tracking systems.
• Manage a portfolio of properties and drive items to resolution.
• Prioritize work around schedules and project priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, PMs, field ops, and partners with timely updates.
• Represent PRG professionally in appearance and communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
