Job summary

This field-first role involves visiting sites, engaging with owners and managers, and keeping tight schedules across multiple items. You will work in the field daily, traveling throughout the market, and will document all interactions and outcomes in tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based, customer-facing, or coordination role.
• Backgrounds in telecommunications or cable field operations, construction coordination, or facilities management are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with people at all levels.
• Persistence, follow-through, and attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision while collaborating with a broader team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residential and commercial properties across the market.
• Identify decision-makers and secure site access with owners, managers, and staff.
• Explain project needs clearly and obtain necessary approvals and documentation.
• Document access restrictions, property conditions, and contacts.
• Photograph field conditions and maintain detailed records of visits.
• Manage a portfolio of properties and drive open items to resolution.
