The Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking a Supervisory Field Examiner (Fiduciary Coach) in Milwaukee, WI. The role supervises a team within the Fiduciary Hub and ensures timely processing of rating decisions, awards, field examinations, and related actions to protect beneficiaries’ assets.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, prioritizing work, and coordinating with other teams. Telework is available on a situational basis; on-site duties are required when scheduled.

• Manages workload and adheres to division priorities and timeliness constraints.
• Analyzes and interprets laws, regulations, and rules affecting new policies and methods of operation.
• Plans and assigns work priorities and has final technical authority over the final work product.
• Provides guidance on administrative matters and coordinates with other teams as needed.
