Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Fiduciary Risk Specialist / Trust Examiner to join our examiner team in the Supervision, Credit and Learning Division.

You will lead and participate in examinations of fiduciary activities and assess fiduciary risk management, compliance, asset management, and operational risk. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or commensurate experience.
• Five years' relevant banking experience.
• CFIRS/CTFA/JD preferred.
• Ability to lead or participate in bank examinations or bank holding company inspections.
• Sound ability to create professional supervisory reports.
• Knowledge in finance, accounting, lending, banking operations.
• Interest in coaching, mentoring, and developing peers.
• Teamwork orientation: capable of contributing as a member or leader.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a financial organization's fiduciary risk profile and communicate supervisory conclusions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess the effectiveness of risk management, including board and management oversight, policies & procedures, internal controls and management information systems.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
