Job summary

Surface Experts Boston and South is seeking a Bathtub Repair Technician to repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and more, with hands-on training and advancement opportunities. You’ll work on both multi-family properties and residential homes, helping tenants and owners alike.

We value craftsmanship, problem-solving, and customer service, and you’ll collaborate with property managers to understand needs, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and a well-stocked service

• A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail.
• A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (No prior experience? We’ll train you!).
• Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team with an excellent work ethic.

What You’ll Do

As a Bathtub Repair Technician: We are looking for someone who has experience in either the process of fabricating or installing bathtubs. Familiarity with the common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel and acrylic. We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation.

You’ll be the hero turning damaged surfaces into masterpieces. From multi‑family properties to residential homes, you’ll help restore surfaces as tenants move out and new ones move in. We’re hiring for full‑time roles to keep up with growing demand.
