Surface Experts is seeking an on-site repair specialist to join a growing team focused on spot repairs for countertops, flooring, bathtubs/showers, cabinets and more.

You’ll perform color matching, texture blending, and surface reinforcement while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Training is provided; all backgrounds welcome. Expect a supportive field team and a balanced schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on tubs, showers, countertops, cabinets, flooring and more.
• Color and texture blending to create seamless repairs.
• Reinforce damaged surfaces for strength and appearance.
• Evaluate surfaces and determine best repair approach.
• Maintain materials, tools and company vehicle; complete daily field visits.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Fiberglass repair
• Bathtub or shower installation
• Bathroom remodeling
• Construction or carpentry
• Automotive/boat/RV body repair or paint
• Property maintenance
• Cabinetry or woodworking
• Painting or finishing trades

Duties:

• Perform bathtub, shower, fiberglass, acrylic, porcelain, and gel-coat repairs
• Repair cracks, chips, holes, soft spots, and structural damage in tubs and showers
• Reinforce damaged surfaces to restore strength, integrity, and appearance
• Perform color matching and texture blending to create seamless, professional repairs
• Complete repairs on cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, stone, and other hard surfaces
• Evaluate damaged surfaces and determine the best repair approach
• Maintain repair materials, tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Complete multiple field service appointments each day
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job
