Surface Experts Lawrence is seeking a Repair Specialist to bring damaged surfaces back to life. You’ll repair bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and appliances on multi-family properties and residential homes.

We offer hands-on training, flexible scheduling, and a company vehicle for travel to job sites. You’ll work with a supportive team and have opportunities for advancement as the business grows in the Lawrence area.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As a Repair Specialist, you’ll be the hero turning damaged surfaces into masterpieces. From multi-family properties to residential homes, you’ll help restore surfaces as tenants move out and new ones move in. We’re hiring for full-time and part-time (2 days/week) roles to keep up with growing demand.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact

• Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and more, making them look like new.
• Assess damage, recommend the best repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence.
• Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked.

What We’re Looking For

• A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail. (Art background can help you accel)
• A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you!).
• Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
