Surface Experts is hiring a Bathtub Repair Technician to join our growing national network of local franchises. You will repair bathtubs using knowledge of fiberglass, gel coat, enamel steel and acrylic, with a hands-on approach and a focus on quality.

Ideal candidates have practical experience with construction or manufacturing, the ability to match colors, and a commitment to a two-year tenure as training progresses. A company car or allowance and competitive compensation accompany this role.

Competenze

• Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• Experience in facilities maintenance can be very helpful.
• Helpful but not necessary: color matching and understanding color relationships; color blindness would disqualify this role.

We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local team. We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role. Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs, but there are a few requirements that help us determine whether someone will have the skill set to be able to learn quickly.

Bathtub Repair Technician:

We are looking for someone who has experience in either the process of fabricating or installing bathtubs. Familiarity with the common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel and acrylic. We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful.
• It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
• The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
