Job summary

Goldshield, part of Terex Corporation, is hiring a Roller to join our Decatur, Indiana fiberglass facility. You will operate at chop stations, roll fiberglass laminate, and help ensure part strength and quality.

The role prefers 1 year of fiberglass or manufacturing experience, and requires completing Goldshield training, meeting attendance expectations, and passing drug/background screening. Monday–Friday shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete the Goldshield training requirements.
• Ability to roll at assigned chop stations while meeting quality standards.
• Ability to maintain attendance and follow directions.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
• Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
• Helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.
• Following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Supporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.
