Job summary

Goldshield, located in Decatur, Indiana, seeks a Mold Shop Associate to cut and grind fiberglass parts to spec, maintain a clean, safe work area, and verify quality during shifts. You will train on Goldshield's process, pass drug and background screening, and work Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete required Goldshield training certification.
• Ability to safely use cut/grind tools and follow station requirements.
• Ability to maintain attendance expectations and support production standards.
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and grinding parts to meet customer quality and specification standards.
• Working at assigned mold shop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.
• Using dust control practices to help maintain a safer and cleaner work environment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Verifying work that affects the quality of the finished product.
