Job summary

Goldshield, based in Decatur, Indiana, is seeking a Mold Shop Associate to join our fiberglass production team. You will cut and grind parts to meet quality standards and work at mold shop stations while keeping a safe, clean workspace.

Preferred candidates have up to 1 year mold shop or manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass drug and background screenings. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete required Goldshield training certification.
• Ability to safely use cut/grind tools and follow station requirements.
• Ability to maintain attendance expectations and support production standards.
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and grinding parts to meet customer quality and specification standards.
• Working at assigned mold shop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.
• Using dust control practices to help maintain a safer and cleaner work environment.
• Maintaining a clear and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Verifying work that affects the quality of the finished product.
