The position offers 1st shift hours, weekly pay, and potential temp-to-hire with benefits through the employer. Prior fiberglass or manufacturing experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs during shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to wear PPE, including respirator when needed.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and prepare materials.
• Grind fiberglass components to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, wax, and prepare fiberglass molds for production.
• Bond and assemble fiberglass components using resin-saturated molds.
• Prepare surfaces for coating, priming, and painting.
• Mix and apply primers, resins, epoxies, and industrial coatings.
• Clean and maintain painting, grinding, and production equipment.
