What You’ll Do as a Fiberglass Body Repair Technician:

• Perform structural and cosmetic fiberglass repairs on body components
• Inspect gel-coat surfaces and identify imperfections or defects
• Sand, buff, polish, and finish surfaces using compounds, fillers, and putty
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including grinders, sanders, drills, and buffers
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating with team members to meet production goals

What You Need to Bring to the Fiberglass Body Repair Technician Role:

• Minimum of 2 years of fiberglass body repair, gel-coat finishing, or related experience
• Proficiency with pneumatic and electric power tools, including grinders, sanders, and buffers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
