Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading fiberglass composite manufacturing company in Pocahontas, IA. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality composite products while working for an innovative manufacturer serving utility, service, and municipal vehicle industries.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fiberglass and composite products according to specifications.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete required production and inspection paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
