Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs during shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to wear PPE, including respirator when needed.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and prepare materials.
• Grind fiberglass components to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, wax, and prepare fiberglass molds for production.
• Bond and assemble fiberglass components using resin-saturated molds.
• Prepare surfaces for coating, priming, and painting.
• Mix and apply primers, resins, epoxies, and industrial coatings.
• Clean and maintain painting, grinding, and production equipment.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do as a Grinder

• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and prepare materials
• Grind fiberglass components to meet quality specifications
• Clean, wax, and prepare fiberglass molds for production
• Bond and assemble fiberglass components using resin‑saturated molds
• Prepare surfaces for coating, priming, and painting
• Mix and apply primers, resins, epoxies, and industrial coatings
• Clean and maintain painting, grinding, and production equipment

What You Need to Bring to the Grinder Role

• Previous fiberglass, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable transportation to Pocahontas, IA
