Atkore is seeking a Floater for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) based in Pueblo. The Floater ensures quality and accurate production of fiberglass elbows under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor.

The role covers material gathering, bending assistance, process preparation, in-process inspections, and housekeeping. A high school diploma and 1 year of shop experience are preferred, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of shop experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid math skills for quick counting, measurements, and radius/diameter calculations.
• Detail-oriented, with good time management and organization.
• Able to adapt to changing workload and maintain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to safe, efficient work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Aufgaben

• Gather supplies for the shift.
• Assist in bending, cutting, sanding, oven loading, cooling, labeling, and angle verification.
• Relieve Bender for breaks and lunches.
• Assist in red striping, cutting, or swedging as directed.
• Perform final inspection of angle, label, and elbow appearance.
• Perform maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Shift Lead.
