Job summary

Atkore in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Floater for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) to ensure accurate fiberglass elbow production. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will support quality and productivity across the shift.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to one year of shop experience, with strong math and communication skills. The position is on-site with benefits and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
• One year of shop experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong math skills for counting, measurements and radius.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Gather supplies for the shift and ensure readiness.
• Assist bending: cutting, sanding, oven prep, cooling, labeling.
• Relieve Bender during breaks and lunches.
• Assist in red stripe, cutting or swedging as directed.
• Perform final inspection of angle, label and appearance.
• Conduct maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Perform any other tasks from the Supervisor/Shift Lead.
