Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local customer in Independence, MO, by recruiting for an Assembler position. The role involves assembling products from drawings, using hand and pneumatic tools, and inspecting parts to ensure quality.

Previous manufacturing and fiberglass experience are preferred, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with benefits and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy for upskilling.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Fiberglass experience.
• Experience using pneumatic tools.
• Experience working in production or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general assembly of products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and other structural materials.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and pneumatic tools during assembly operations.
• Conduct product inspections in accordance with quality procedures.
• Record and interpret inspection and testing results as required.
