Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with fiberglass/resins is beneficial.
• Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools and basic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Build fiberglass structures using materials and resins.
• Use hand/pneumatic tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards and procedures.
• Record inspection/test results and identify issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
