Job summary

Congruex in the United States is seeking a Laborer to support construction crews by performing manual labor tasks and assisting with underground utility installation. You will help with trenching, conduit placement, concrete and asphalt work, and maintain safe, organized worksites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in daily safety and huddle meetings.
• Operate tamping machines and assist with equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Load and unload materials and maintain clean, organized worksites.
• Assist with trench excavation, conduit placement, potholing, and utility locating.
• Support concrete forming, pouring, asphalt preparation, and structure installation.
• Observe and promote safety compliance and report incidents as required.
