Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Laborer to support underground utility construction, maintain safe job sites, and assist field crews with daily operations. You will work alongside operators to deliver projects safely and efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug screening and MVR review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and MVR review.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Attend safety meetings and huddles.
• Operate tamping equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Assist with excavation activities including trenching and conduit placement.
• Assist with concrete forming, asphalt prep, and other underground work.
• Safely use hand tools and small equipment.
• Follow safety requirements and report injuries or incidents.
