Pramira is seeking a Laborer for our fiber division to support safe, efficient conduit installation and site preparation. You will work under the Construction Foreman, perform physically demanding tasks, and help ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers.
• Must pass a Drug Test & Background Check

Responsibilities

• Inspect/test installed underground conduit for fiber installation readiness.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Assist crew members with construction work as required.
• Operate compressors and missiles.
• Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment safely.
• Dig trenches and manage earth.
• Maintain equipment and site cleanliness.
• Complete all required Company documentation.
