This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and working outdoors in varied weather. You will load materials, prepare sites, operate basic tools, and help equipment operators as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to understand written and spoken English.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
• Prepare and clean construction sites.
