Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on fiber optic and telecom network equipment handling
• Experience with fiber testing and OTDR recommended
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain fiber optic and telecom network equipment
• Perform network testing, installation, provisioning, and maintenance activities
• Support fiber transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP network technologies
• Assist with network restoration and outage response
• Perform preventive maintenance on network and critical infrastructure equipment
• Maintain inventory, tools, test equipment, and related documentation
• Update maintenance records, work logs, and trouble tickets
