Job summary

Responsibilities span fiber testing, equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and keeping accurate maintenance records while coordinating with field teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optic networks and telecom equipment.
• Ability to perform testing, installation and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with IP, Ethernet, SONET and transport networks.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and outage response.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain optical and telecom network equipment.
• Perform testing, installation, provisioning, and maintenance tasks.
• Support fiber transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP networks.
• Assist with restoration and outage response.
• Maintain logs, tickets, and inventory records.
