The role emphasizes field work, problem solving, and professional conduct with clients, with compensation as a 1099 contractor and on-site hourly pay along with travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic testing and troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience with OTDRs, power meters, light sources, fiber certification equipment, and VFLs.
• Understanding of single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic systems.
• At least 1 year of Fiber, I.T., or Telecom experience, and one of the listed certifications or 5+ years of field experience.
