Congruex is seeking a Fiber Splicing Technician to splice, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fiber optic networks for telecommunications clients. You will coordinate field activities, complete testing and documentation, and deliver precise fiber installations with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Splice, test, troubleshoot, repair, and activate fiber optic cable systems.
• Read splice matrices, prints, and maps to complete fiber assignments and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate project documentation.
