Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Tower Foreman to manage construction progress, supervise crew members, and ensure safety and quality on-site. You will report progress to supervisors and coordinate with project teams to meet timelines.

Responsibilities include leading the crew on tower work, installing and maintaining wireless antenna systems, reviewing build plans, tracking materials, and ensuring certifications are up to date. Strong leadership and field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of fiber splicing experience.
• 3-5 years of wireless telecommunications industry experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• Ability to perform fiber sweep and PIM testing.
• Ability to operate aerial lifts, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and train on safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the crew from project start to completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines.
• Climb and work on communications towers; install, replace, and repair antenna equipment.
• Direct and supervise installation and maintenance for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and elevated structures.
• Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build and determine installation methods.
• Supervise tracking of on-site inventory and materials.
• Perform tower inspections, inventories, and audits as needed.
• Collect, review, and submit on-site closeout documentation per timelines.
• Train crew on safety/quality standards under CCDP.
• Verify crew certifications and skillsets for the scope of work.
• Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed.
• Submit daily progress reports and flag delays or material shortages.
