You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost, coordinating 2–3 crew members, interpreting prints, and delivering FastReporter documentation. A strong background in high-count splicing and live network work is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications with construction/tower work.
• 2-3 years splicing and testing fiber optic cables for dark fiber providers.
• 3+ years using Fujikura fusion splicing machines for high-count fiber.
• 3+ years OTDR/OLTS testing with EXFO equipment.
• 2+ years producing FastReporter network documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 crew members; plan tasks and schedule work.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
• Act as liaison between Project Manager and crew.
• Perform mid-sheath splicing and live network splicing.
• Install fiber in outdoor/indoor environments; test and document.
• Produce test/splicing documentation and progress photos.
• Maintain equipment and participate in closeout documentation.
