Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Field verifying location and nature of work by inspecting the project.
• Confirm quality and quantity of work at the end of each day.
• Maintain performance standards and metrics for the crew on the project.
• Maintain the contract schedule.
• Document and track work including supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to achieve goals.
