Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of splicing experience.
High School Diploma is required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-direct daily activities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate one construction project and/or crew on a daily basis.
Field verify location and nature of work by observing the project.
Ensure quality and quantity of work completed at the end of each day.
Maintain project schedule and track progress with supervisor input.
Handle administrative tasks: ordering supplies, billing, recording hours, safety documentation.
Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
