Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of splicing experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-direct daily activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate one construction project and/or crew on a daily basis.
• Field verify location and nature of work by observing the project.
• Ensure quality and quantity of work completed at the end of each day.
• Maintain project schedule and track progress with supervisor input.
• Handle administrative tasks: ordering supplies, billing, recording hours, safety documentation.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

General Job Summary

Principal duties and Responsibilities

• Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project.
• Confirmqualityofworkbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
• Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewworkingon project.
• Maintaincontractschedule.
• Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
