Job summary

Strong attention to safety and two years of splicing experience are preferred. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and the US work authorization are required. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of fiber splicing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network’s circuit post-installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Upgrade existing fiber sheaths with new fiber sheaths.
• Document work performed through daily production reports and maps.
