Job summary

IQ Fiber Chestertown, Maryland is seeking an Account Executive to drive new monthly recurring revenue from SMB clients. You will build relationships, articulate IQ Fiber's fiber offerings, and manage a disciplined sales pipeline to accelerate growth.

This position reports to the VP of Commercial Services and requires 5+ years of outside sales in broadband or telecom, strong communication, door-to-door prospecting, and willingness to travel, including nights and weekends; base salary plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business/marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in broadband or telecom.
• Proven track record of consistent sales production.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
• Target businesses within IQ Fiber's network footprint for efficient sales.
• Develop knowledge of IQ Fiber's product portfolio and communicate benefits.
• Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and qualify opportunities.
