Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory in Midland/Bay City/Saginaw area. You will engage homeowners door-to-door, present the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services, and expand the customer base.

The role offers a strong base salary of $42K plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a transparent path to six-figure earnings. Training is provided, with benefits including 401(k) match and comprehensive insurance options.

Formación

• Must be driven to succeed in a quota-based sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and cell phones.
• Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; travel within territory reimbursed.
