Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Wilmington area. You will door-to-door engage homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, and promote high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You will own your territory, build customer relationships, and drive growth while meeting monthly sales goals. Training is provided, and opportunities for career advancement are available within a fast-growing fiber provider.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales mindset and drive to meet targets.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence in approaching customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (e.g., iPads, smartphones) used in the field.
• Vehicle travel is required; IRS rate reimbursement for miles driven.
