Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the New Philadelphia/Dover region. You will drive growth by selling fiber internet, voice, and TV services directly to homeowners, through door-to-door engagement and in-home consultations.

You’ll own your territory, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a fast-growing company. The role offers a solid base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be motivated to hit sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current auto insurance as required by law.
• Ability to manage time independently and work in a field-driven role.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills and resilience.
