Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Crestline region, engaging homeowners through door-to-door conversations and in-home consultations. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth by selling high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

The role offers a generous compensation package with base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses, plus training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door‑to‑door engagement and in‑home sales presentations

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
