Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Dover region to bring high-speed fiber to homeowners with face-to-face meetings and in-home consultations. You’ll own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth by selling internet, voice, and TV services.

You’ll work Monday–Friday in a community-based role, supported by training and ongoing development to help you advance your career in a fast-growing fiber company.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door engagement and in-home consultations.
• Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance as required by the state.
• No prior sales experience required; company provides comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home presentations.
• Communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
