Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC in Spencer, OH is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to be the face of our fast-growing fiber internet service. You’ll own your territory, engage homeowners through door-to-door visits and in-home consultations, and drive adoption of high-speed internet, voice, and TV offerings.

No prior sales experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with generous base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses that can push total compensation

Qualifications

  • Goal-oriented in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones).
  • Personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursement applies.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with homeowners via door-to-door engagement and in-home sales.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's services (internet, voice, TV).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in territory.
  • Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and energy in every interaction.
  • Follow company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
