Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the New Philadelphia/Dover region. You will be the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company, meeting homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations to demonstrate the value of high‑speed internet, voice, and TV services.

You’ll own your territory and build lasting customer relationships. The role offers a base salary of $42K plus uncapped commissions with an annual target up to $105K, plus a strong bonus structure

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with ability to meet monthly goals.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone).
• Personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursement applies.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
