Broadstaff is seeking an experienced OSP Field Inspector / OSP Construction Coordinator to support a major fiber construction initiative throughout North Georgia. This role involves inspecting, reporting, field documentation, and supporting construction operations to keep fiber deployment projects moving smoothly.

The position requires field work with daily travel, reading drawings, and collaboration with construction crews.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSP telecom construction, utility construction, or fiber deployment.
• Ability to read construction drawings, maps, permits, and redlines.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of underground and aerial fiber construction projects.
• Monitor contractor production and provide daily status reporting.
• Capture photos, measurements, and field documentation.
• Update redlines and support as-built documentation efforts.
• Verify construction methods and document field changes.
• Provide real-time communication to internal OSP teams.
• Travel within the North Georgia territory to active job sites.
