Job summary

Lumos Networks Corp. is seeking a full-time Manager – OSP Construction to lead Outside Plant builds, interfacing with subcontractor teams and internal departments to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Forsyth, GA; company vehicle and mobile phone provided; a valid driver’s license is required.

This position demands a strong track record in telecom fiber construction and proactive leadership to drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OSP construction, engineering, or operations fiber builds.
• 2+ years of experience leading techs and contractors in a fiber build environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes market builds safely, on time & within budget.
• Manages scheduling and coordination of maintenance, repair, and upgrades of OSP facilities.
• Delegates responsibility and empowers direct reports; designs builds and tracks progress.
• Interfaces with local governments & communities to communicate progress and needs.
• Coordinates with utilities partners and internal Lumos teams to plan objectives.
• Manages CAPEX, OPEX, and inventory; ensures high-performing team.
